What made you want to try it?
The benefits of being able to look at absence planning more effectively.

What do you like about it?
Staff can input directly themselves and request holidays online. Before accepting holiday requests I can compare them on the planner and make sure there are no contradictory absences. It warns me if there are people in the same organisational unit are trying to book the same holiday off at the same time. It allows me to monitor peoples absence in terms of sickness.

Did you find it easy to use at the start?
The set up was thorough; once you’ve done it it’s really easy to use.

How did you learn how to use hronline?
We had a webinar with David Cordwell, it helps you understand how it works but you only get to really understand when you start using it.

How does it help your business?
It gives us more visibility.

What would you say to a business owner that was thinking of trying hronline?
Go for it.

What feature do you like using?

What differences has it made to your business?
It’s freed up lots of admin time, and definitely reduced our carbon footprint.

Would you say all businesses could use hronline, big or small?
Yes, of course. For a company of our size it’s a perfect tool.

Do you feel it’s value for money?
Oh without a doubt yes.
